We also offer “The Reset”, a one-day (6 hour) strategy/brainstorming session (plus follow-up analysis and recommendations) for training organizations that have accumulated a jumble of curriculum and technology over time (which is the vast majority of clients I’ve seen!) The goal of this strategic session is to step back and map out more effective approaches, creating a go-forward blueprint that will make best use of personnel and training resources (and outsource suppliers).
